Where do we deliver?

We deliver across the United Kingdom, including Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland.
We also offer international shipping to most countries worldwide.

Which courier do we use?

We use Royal Mail for all UK and international deliveries to ensure reliable and timely service

Delivery options

 You can choose from the following delivery options:

  • UK Standard Delivery: £3.79 – Delivery within 3 to 5 working days
  • UK Express Delivery: £7.79 – Delivery within 1 to 2 working days
  • International Tracked Delivery: £10.79 – Delivery within 5 to 7 working days

All orders placed before 1:00 PM will be dispatched on the same day.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information and a link to track your order.

You can also track your order by logging into your My Account section and checking under 'Orders.' Please note, tracking information may take a few days to update.

What may cause a delay in my order?

Several factors can cause delays in the delivery of your order:

  • Incomplete Address: Missing details such as door number, town, city, or postcode can lead to delays.
    Example: E6 2BS vs. E62BS

  • Bank Holidays: Delivery may be delayed during Friday and Monday bank holidays.
  • Holiday Seasons: Delivery times may be longer during peak seasons such as Easter, Christmas, and New Year.

  • Pandemic/Health Restrictions: Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as COVID-19 restrictions.

Undeliverable Parcels

If a parcel cannot be delivered, it will be returned to A2Z Prime by Royal Mail after 21 days.

Return Policy

Our returns policy is valid for 14 days from the date of purchase. After this period, we are unable to offer a refund.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it.
  • In the original packaging.
